Repair and maintenance service for Auloma pinhole cameras


Auloma products are characterized by high robustness and reliability and therefore hardly require maintenance. This does not exclude accidental breakage or contamination by pollutants during your most extreme shots. To restore your Auloma camera to the same condition as the day of purchase, simply use our repair service. Our recommendation, to deliver your camera with greater guarantees to our repair office, is to use a courier or postal service that allows the tracking of your shipment with the option of notification of delivery. If possible, ship the camera in its original packaging, including the pluribal and polystyrene chips if present. If this is not possible, take the utmost care to prepare a package that prevents damage to the camera during transport. Insert in the package the repair request form filled in all fields, this will allow us to send you a quote for the work of maintenance/repair. Only after your approval and after the advance payment of the intervention will the work be performed. For Auloma camera owners not resident in the European Union, it is necessary to fill in and attach to the shipment the downloadable pro-forma invoice in PDF format in order to complete the customs formalities. The pro-forma invoice should not be placed inside the package, but should be delivered to your freight forwarder in four copies at the time of collection. Please note that in order to access our repair and maintenance service, customers not resident in the European Community are required to send the product to us by means of a shipment type DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), then with the customs costs borne by the customer.
