With the support of our web portal www.attaphoto.com you will have the possibility to order our products through an online shop.
As soon as you have completed and sent the order for the items you have chosen, the order will be binding. By placing an order you declare that you accept these general terms and conditions, thus you wish to purchase the items selected at our shop online. We'll send you an order confirmation. The confirmation of receipt of the order does not imply acceptance of this. The contract shall be binding upon receipt of the goods and at the latest upon expiry of the 14 calendar days of the right of termination. Please save and/or print out the general terms and conditions and the order confirmation. We do not fully record the contract data.
Purchases through the online store, can only be made after the creation of an account through the proposed form available in the online store. The form must be filled in with the correct personal data, processed under the Italian Law D.L.30.6.2003 n. 196.

Delivery times indicated on the page: Delivery & Payment Options ❱, are purely indicative, our company Auloma Holding S.r.l. cannot be considered in default if the goods ordered from our online store available on the website www.attaphoto.com, will be delivered within 30 calendar days of our order confirmation. On the 31st day, the customer can contact us at the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org to have information about delivery delay and decide whether to cancel the order.
The prices of products published in the online store on the website www.attaphoto.com are inclusive of VAT, free of shipping costs that are automatically added by our system before you confirm your order. The prices of the products in our online shop may, without prior notice, be subject to change. Auloma Holding S.r.l. reserves the right to make changes to the models, description, prices and stock availability of its products without notice. Errors and omissions are excepted.
Prices are given in two currencies: Euro (€) and US Dollar ($), which can be selected during the order process. Both currencies are accepted.
Attention! The prices available on our sales website www.attaphoto.com do not include the customs duties applicable to customers residing outside the European Community.
Customers residing outside the European Community who purchase products from our online store www.attaphoto.com, must consider that the shipment will be performed in DDU (Delivery Duty Unpayd) according to the terms Incoterms 2010, means that if your order has a value subject to duties and/or other import taxes these will be applied at the time of customs clearance in your country, then you will be contacted by the carrier in charge of goods delivery for the payment of customs fees. If you refuse to pay customs duties, goods ordered by you will be returned to Auloma Holding S.r.l. and you won't be refunded of the cost of shipping.
Customers who have the right of termination are exclusively consumers without a VAT number. Sales of products through the Internet are governed by Italian law, by Decree Law D.lgs.21/2014. of 21 February 2014 (Transposition Directive of the European Parliament 2011/83/EU) that regulates the subject of distance contracts, then carried out outside the business premises. This legislation establishes the right of termination, or the possibility for the consumer to return the product purchased and obtain full or partial reimbursement of the cost incurred for goods purchasing. The rule provided by Legislative Decree 21/2014 is applicable only to distance selling. The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from receipt provided that the right of termination is communicated in advance by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (art. 5 c. The right of termination can also be communicated by telegram, or email to email@example.com, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods, but even in this case, necessarily, must be sent a registered letter within 48 hours of the first written notice. The form must be completed correctly in full, by means of an electronic, mechanical device or handwritten with a comprehensible spelling and block letters. The form shall be signed by the customer, otherwise the amount won't be refunded.
In case the customer wants apply the right of termination, must send us the goods with a shipment traced that confirms the successful delivery at our headquarters. The goods must be returned to the following address:

All risks and shipping costs for returning the goods will be fully to the customer charge.
Returned goods, for whatever reason, will be accepted only on condition that the products are in undamaged packaging, properly sealed with the unspoiled content without damage, original and complete.
The refund of the amount paid in advance will be returned to the buyer via the Paypal circuit only when the returned goods, due to your termination of the contract, will be in our possession and verified in its entirety.
Auloma Holding S.r.l. reserves the right to NOT accept orders when the address of goods destination is different than the address provided by the buyer during the registration in the Paypal circuit, in this case, after the checks during the order process, will interrupt the transaction so that the amount paid by the buyer is returned through the Paypal circuit according to circuit rules.
Auloma Holding S.r.l. using the payment circuit Paypal refers to the conditions of security sales protection indicated, not accepting orders marked by high-risk behavior such as multiple orders to be sent to the same address in a short period of time or orders of large volumes destined to high-risk countries, etc.. In case of doubt the customer will be contacted promptly to verify the contact details and identity of the cardholder. If the information obtained won't be considered satisfactory, Auloma will cancel the transaction Paypal so that the circuit restores the money in the disposition of the buyer according to the Paypal regulation and before canceling the order will propose to the customer an alternative payment by bank transfer with the issue of an invoice.
Auloma Holding S.r.l. provides warranty only for products manufactured under the Auloma brand, all products made by different brands, purchased on our online store, must refer to the warranty service offered by the manufacturers of these brands by contacting them directly.
Auloma Holding S.r.l. undertakes to remedy any defects, lack of quality or lack of conformity of the Products attributable to it, which occurs within twenty-four months from products delivery, provided that the same has been notified promptly by email to the follow address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Auloma Holding guarantees the integrity of its products during the warranty period. If a defect is found during the warranty period, the repair will be carried out free of charge at our service centre.
This warranty supplied by our service centre is applied to Auloma products, and is available for products intended and purchased in the European Economic Community (EEC) according the following points 6.1/6.2/6.3.
The warranty supplied by our service centre is available for remaining countries according the following points 6.1/6.2/6.4.
Free assistance is provided only upon presentation of the warranty card included in the package, together with the original invoice or receipt issued to the customer and the maintenance/repair request form which can be downloaded from the following link:

Auloma Holding S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse free assistance in case the above documents are incomplete or has been counterfeited or modified by the customer after purchase. Auloma Holding S.r.l. also reserves the right to replace the defective product with an equivalent product of the same or higher quality than the defective product, instead of repairing the same.
This warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase by the user, as evidenced by the above documents.
- Periodic checks, maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to functional wear
- Consumable materials and components
- Wearing parts (e.g. sliding and rolling parts, rolling bearings) as well as refills and accessories (e.g. films) that are used
- Faults caused by changes made without Auloma Holding S.r.l. approval
- The costs incurred by Auloma Holding S.r.l. for modifications or interventions necessary to adapt the product to technical specifications or safety requirements, or to the regulations of the various countries, as well as the costs incurred to adapt the product to operating conditions modified after delivery of the same
- Damage resulting from the non-conformity of the product with the standards or technical specifications of a country other than that in which the purchase was made.
Free assistance is not provided for failures caused by:
- Improper use of the product, wear and tear, tampering by unauthorised personnel or negligence in the use of the product in relation to the provisions of the user manual and/or other documents specifically related to use, including, without limitation, inadequate storage, dropping or excessive impact.
- Wear, dirt, water, sand, radiation, ultrasound, vibration, petroleum products, solvents, paints.
- Repairs, modifications or cleaning carried out by the customer or unauthorized third parties.
- Damage caused by the use of non-original spare parts.
- Inappropriate packaging of the product at the time of shipment to our Auloma Repair Center.
- Damage or accidents whose cause cannot be attributed to Auloma Holding S.r.l., by atmospheric agents, including, but not limited to, lightning, floods, fires, natural disasters, inadequate ventilation.
- Damage or accidents due to the use of the products in environments with temperatures outside the operating limits.
- Damage or accidents caused by vandalism in general.
The Auloma products indicated in paragraph (6) are also and mainly covered by the free legal guarantee for consumers, i.e. non-professional buyers, in accordance with articles 128 to 134 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005). The legal warranty has a duration of 24 months from the date of delivery of the product to the consumer.
Under the statutory warranty, the consumer may contact the seller and report the lack of conformity to him within two months from the date on which he discovered it, unless the seller has acknowledged the existence of the defect or concealed it.
The above warranty consists in the consumer's right to ask at the seller, at his option, to repair the goods or replace them, without charge in either case, excluding the cost of shipping to our service center borne entirely by the consumer, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. In particular, the consumer may, at his option, request an appropriate price reduction or the termination of the contract when one of the following situations applies:
- Repair and replacement are impossible or excessively expensive.
- The Auloma repair center has not repaired or replaced the goods within a reasonable period of time.
- The replacement or repair previously carried out has caused considerable inconvenience to the consumer.
The use of the goods shall be taken into account when determining the amount of the reduction or the amount to be returned.

The form must be completed completely without errors by an electronic writing device or by hand with a comprehensible spelling in block letters. The data you enter have extreme importance because they will allow us to contact you and organize the collection operations through our agents.
If possible, pack the camera in its original packaging, including the pluribal and polystyrene chips if present. If this is not possible, take the utmost care to prepare a packaging that prevents damage to the camera during transport.
For consumer customers residing outside the European Community, the guarantee in addition to point 6.4 applies the rules of points 6/6.1/6.2/.

If possible, ship the camera in its original packaging, including the pluribal and polystyrene chips if present. If this is not possible, take the utmost care to prepare a package that prevents damage to the camera during transport.
The shipment of the defective product to our repair center will be fully charged to the customer residing outside the European Community and the type of shipment accepted will be only of type DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Our recommendation, to deliver your camera with greater guarantees to our repair office, is to use a courier or postal service that allows the tracking of your shipment with the option of notification of delivery.

Auloma Holding S.r.l. may modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. You agree to be bound by such changes and should therefore periodically visit this page to keep up to date with the content of the terms.
This contract is regulated by the law of the Italian Republic. It is not allowed to use the European Union trade regulations (contractual agreement concerning the international sale of articles of 11.04.1980).
For any dispute, the Court of Bologna shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
